We want to tell you something we're proud of — not to impress you, but because we think you

runs differently than most. It always has. And the reason is simple: we believe that how we do
business today shapes the world our clients, our families, and future generations will live in

WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY
✦ We recover nearly all of our waste.
Through Green Circle Salons certification, we recycle hair clippings, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, and excess color — materials that most salons simply throw away. Collectively, Green Circle salons have kept over 10 million pounds of beauty waste out of landfills and waterways. We're proud to be part of that number.
✦ We use color that's gentler on you and the planet.
Almost all of the color we use is ammonia-free. Ammonia is harsh on hair, hard on lungs, and damaging to the water systems it enters. We chose gentler chemistry because it's better for your hair, better for our stylists, and better for what goes down our drains.
✦ We measure every drop of color we mix.
We're implementing precision color dispensing so that nothing gets wasted — no excess mixed, no excess rinsed. Less waste means less water used, less product cost, and more accurate results for you every time.
✦ We use water as carefully as we can.
Salons are water-intensive. We're committed to reducing what we use at every shampoo bowl, with low-flow technology that cuts water use dramatically without affecting your experience. In Las Vegas especially, where water is precious and the Colorado River is under real strain, this matters more than most people realize.
✦ We keep it clean — the right way.
The products we use to clean our salon are plant-based and non-toxic. What goes down our drains re-enters the water system. We take that seriously at both of our locations.
✦ We run on cleaner energy.
Both salons are fully LED lit. It’s a small thing that adds up — thousands of hours of lighting every year, running more efficiently and with a smaller footprint.

Las Vegas draws nearly all of its water from Lake Mead — the largest reservoir in the United States, and one that is under serious stress from decades of drought and overuse. The Colorado River that feeds it serves 40 million people across seven states. When you visit us here, know that we think about every gallon. Conservation here isn't a trend — it's a responsibility.
South Bend, Indiana
South Bend sits in the heart of the Great Lakes region — home to one fifth of the world's surface freshwater. That's an extraordinary resource, and one worth protecting. Our focus here is on keeping what goes down our drains as clean as possible. The Great Lakes belong to future generations too.
None of this is perfect. We’re always learning, always improving. But every appointment here is a small step in the right direction — for your hair, for your health, and for the world outside our doors.
