At Cilantro, our talent are labeled by levels starting at 1 and going up to 4. Level does not define the talent or skill of the stylist, but represents how in demand their time is. Higher level stylists have built their clientele and their time is more in demand. At level 1, our talent is working toward a full clientele and has more availability to accommodate you the soonest.
